Joelle,
I need to pay you. My husband didn’t hear you drop off the great fruits and veggies. Please email me and I can get you the check or I can just pay for it on Tuesday. Also, any ideas on how to cook the squash?

Wow! I think the “lettuce leaves” are actually horseradish. I made a very spicey salad! 🙂

A couple basic ways to cook the squash is to cut it in half and bake it cut side down on a baking sheet. When you can easily pierce through the skin with a fork, it is done. You can serve it sweet, with brown sugar and butter, or you can serve it savory, with salt & pepper or any other seasonings you enjoy.
