Something else to do with goya!!
2 medium goya, thinly sliced
1 t. salt
1 c. rice vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 t. sea salt
1 T. sliced wakame (seaweed)
2 T. sliced fishcake
1 t. sliced fresh ginger
Lemon slices, to garnish
Soak goya in water and add salt. Let sit 30 minutes; drain. Toss with remaining ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with lemon slices.
